Shipping policy

If in stock, all orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may be longer than usual.

We always ship using standard delivery, which typically arrives within 1–2 business days.

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this tracking number on the carrier’s website.

If you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include issuing a refund or replacement. Please contact us directly via email at info@hagonshocks.nl.

Please note that customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes applicable to international orders.
